FACILITY RULES

1. A signed Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement is required prior to entering the facility. 

2. Parental consent and a signed Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement is required for all minors under 18 years old.

3. Top Gun MX Park does not carry insurance. You are responsible for carrying your own insurance.  If you do not have insurance, do not ride.

4. If you choose to ride, you are riding at your own risk and accept all responsibility. You will be given opportunity to inspect/walk the track prior to the official start of each practice/race day. If at any time you feel anything to be unsafe, exit the track and or facility.

5. You will be riding with riders of differing abilities, experience, skill levels and speed. If you are unsure of your capability, exit the track safely.

6. Top Gun MX Park staff reserve the right to request you exit the track and or change classes if you present a danger to yourself or others while riding.

7. Parents and guardians are always responsible for their children and ensuring their children follow the facility rules and understand the marshals’ flags.

8. All riders are required to wear a DOT approved helmet and appropriate riding gear including, but not limited to: Motocross boots, pants and jersey, knee pads, googles, and gloves.  Top Gun MX Park LLC encourages the use of chest protectors and neck braces. Your safety is your responsibility.

9. Pit Bikes can be used for transportation only. No pit riding is permitted.

10. All riders must not exceed idle speed to and from the tracks and within parking and pit areas. Repeat offenders will be requested to exit the facility.

11. No trespassing is allowed. Anyone who is inside the facility without the proper pass and signage will be considered trespassing.

12. Pets are welcome provided they are always on a leash. Please pick up after your pets. Their business is your responsibility.
